How to Join (New Members)

Our Club welcomes new members. Join us as a family, or as an individual. An individual membership can also have a discount applied (see below).

For members that are renewing their membership, please view our renewing members‘ page.

New member registration fees for 2020/21

A Couple (2 adults) $350
1 Parent/Guardian and 1 Child under 21 $350
1 or 2 parents/guardians and 1 or more children under 21 $430

Children up to 14 years MUST JOIN with at least one parent/guardian.

Social Member $250

A discount is applied to a Social Membership fee.

WA Seniors Card – qualify for 50% off individual membership (proof required) excluding Senior Retired Member
WA Student – (14 to under 24 years and not part of a Family Membership) qualify for 50% off membership (proof required)
Additional to above Membership
Gym/Shed Key (non-refundable) $30
If Lost Key – Replacement $30
Carnival Fees (User pays)

Age determined as at midnight 30 September 2020.

Join our Club – online in 4 easy steps!

  1. First up, visit the Surf Life Saving Join website
  2. In the ‘I want to join’ area, select either An individual or Family, you will need to enter a few personal details to complete.
  3. When your personal details are completed, you will be prompted to create a Members Area login. You will also be required to check the boxes for the SLSA Membership application and declaration.
  4. Then you will need to “Make a Payment” to pay for your membership (see below).
    You will receive an email of your submission which you can track.

Member Courses

Members have the opportunity and are encouraged to attain surf or first aid related awards.

Surf Sports provides the opportunity to refine and practice lifesaving skills in competition at local, state, national and international level.
